WAINWRIGHT COTTAGE:
All ground floor.  Kitchen/living room, large shower with separate w.c. & basin.

DUGDALE COTTAGE:
One half of a 17th century barn which is now two charming cottages, with original oak beams. There is an open plan living/kitchen area followed by a spiral staircase leading to double-bedded room.

DRAYTON COTTAGE:
Drayton has kitchen/living room, a spiral staircase leading to twin beds; bathroom with shower, basin & w.c.

BROOKE COTTAGE:
Brooke is a large ground floor apartment converted from the cowshed. It has a kitchen/diner, a large sitting room with views overlooking countryside and two bedrooms, one double with twin beds.

ELIOT COTTAGE:
Eliot is above Brooke with stunning views over the countryside.  One double, one twin bedroom, large living/dining room.  Kitchen with freezer, dishwasher, microwave equipped for 8.

MILNE COTTAGE:
Milne is the latest addition to the Hipsley portfolio. It has three bedrooms with glorious views that can sleep up to five people - one twin, one with a five-foot double for two and one with a four-foot double for one. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room and conservatory which can dine up to eight people.

BRAMLEY COTTAGE:
Bramley was the original cottage to the farmhouse. It has been extended and completely re-furbished, with three en-suite bedrooms (two with twin beds, one with a king-sized double plus a single). Bramley sleeps six-seven. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker. With a sitting room, dining room and large hall, this is a lovely warm and comfortable house.
